This is a single One-yard cut of 12 oz. or 16 oz Duvetyne. Always have someone with you to safety you! This is their tool to keep you from harm.

12 oz is sufficient for most hoops and fire props. For larger props such as full fire wands or swords, dragon staffs etc, or for performances where early extinguishing is necessary, consider the thicker 16 oz.

Edges are either left raw or sewn, choose sewn if you prefer to keep your blanket tidy from loose threads. 

Use the softer nap side to extinguish flames from your prop, being sure to avoid pockets of air.

***Note: Duvetyne becomes ineffective if it gets wet or overly damp. Simply replace as needed or reapply fire retardant spray. Avoid storing it near your fuel, and let it air dry before storing.
