What are processing times?
Processing times are the time it takes to craft/build your hoop. All hoops are Made to order unless they are found in our Ready to Ship section. Fire Hoops require a minimum of 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to build. Day Hoops require 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. These parameters are subject to change to reflect our busier or festival vending seasons, and will be posted in the Announcement Bar on our Website. If you don’t see this at the top of the site, we are functioning at our regular processing times.
How can I expedite my order?
You can move your order up on our queue if you purchase the RUSH Service fee. This is simply to advance your hoop in front of others and it also gets priority delivery to the post office or UPS dropoff. It does not include the cost of any Expedited/Express shipping. You may follow up with an email if you would would like to also pay for the additional shipping fees.
What shipping services are used?
USPS Priority is the least expensive service that can be utilized for larger (hula hoop sized) parcels. First Class shipping is typically not available four our packages. Priority is generally 3-5 days and is subject to the operations thru USPS. Once your package leaves LiviJoyHoops, it can be tracked via the link that you receive upon shipping. Watch junk folders for tracking emails. Shipping times are not guaranteed by LiviJoyHoops and we can’t control lost or delayed items. USPS.com is a resource for tracking and following up with any other questions or issues.
UPS is utilized for larger boxes, such as some fire hoops, bigger hoops and larger orders etc. UPS Ground generally takes about a week in transit. Tracking links are sent via email, and be sure to watch your junk folders.
Can I return or exchange my hoop?
Depending on the situation, Custom Made to order hoops can be returned if notified via email within 3 days of delivery. Hoops must be sent back within 7 days of delivery AND received in new/unused resellable condition, packaged carefully and postage paid for the return. A 10 percent restocking fee, in addition to ALL Shipping and Handling fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Ready to Ship and Sale Priced items. If a hoop appears to have been used extensively in the first 3 days the restocking fee is 25 percent. After the hoop is received back at LiviJoyHoops and a careful inspection is made, applicable refunds will be applied immediately, or if an exchange is taking place, the Replacement will then be dispatched. Any Replacement hoops for exchange are subject to additional Shipping fees.
Order cancellations must be requested via email within 12 hours.
International Orders placed outside the US:
Customs fees and VAT’s are not included in the cost of shipping, and you may need to pay additional fees before your package is released to you. Refused parcels will only be refunded once received back in sellable condition, with a 15% restocking fee on the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. When you place an international order you agree that there may be a need to collect fees at customs, and LiviJoyHoops is not responsible for those fees.
