Fairy Frost is our newest addition to the Iridescent “Oil Slick” line of opaque tapes. This one is the only one that is translucent! It has a textural appearance, giving it that multi-colored oil slick look. This particular tape has a delicate nature and we recommend also purchasing the Clear Protective tape to help prolong the life of your hoop.

Note that when used on polypro hoops, the clarity of the tape is showcased, but when used on HDPE—an opaque material—your hoop will have a solid white appearance. (see photos)

Clear protective tape add-on

Taped hoops include a clean connection that has a sturdy polycarb insert, a stainless steel push button and an aluminum rivet. Finishing tape at the ends to seal your decorative tape. Use caution when hooping on rough surfaces such as concrete or gravel. Carpet, grass and hardwood floors are preferred. If you decide to add the clear protective tape, this can prolong the life of your beautiful hoop, and it also offers protection from harmful UV rays that can dull or fade your hoop.
