Connections are made with Polycarb inserts, however due to the nature of some of the tubing, where achieving super tight circles may acutally flex the tubing outwards at the connection, we may need to use something different. We also try to install a single push button on your minis, but there are times when securing both ends with rivets hold the connection a little better. If you absolutely need a push button and are willing to accept a slight gap in your hoops, just let us know!

Speaking of connections for your minis: The nature of the tighter circles almost always make a long lasting flush connection a bit of a challenge, or your hoops may develop gaps over time. It’s just the physics behind the tubing wanting to flex out, which can draw the material back along the insert, creating a small sized gap.
