Gyro Hoops by LiviJoyHoops are a fun prop to include in your hooping bag of tricks. They are so fun to explore the way the counter-balanced hoops spin within each other, and people really love to watch! Play around with switching your grip from the outer hoop to the inside hoop, you can also grip both at the same time to stalll the spin, and release to a burst of movement.

Best utilized for off-body play, because they are connected gyros can be challenging to waist hoop with, so we typically recommend them in sizes 30” or less. Select your size by the Outer Hoop’s size, and note that we make the Interior hoop 4” smaller. Our favorite size is 28” with a 24” inside hoop on a double gyro, and a Triple gyro will have a 20” Inside hoop.

Swivels are super sturdy and we source the best split rings that we can find! We use 3/4” Polypro for it’s comfortable feel.
